Hi guys,

I'm new to the board here and I just have a question about online casino games and gambling online? I was wondering if there's anything that I need to do to update online casino games. Like if there's bug in a casino game or something that's not right and they release say a patch for the game, lobby or other element within the casino is there anything that I need to do? I know that a lot of software these days updates automatically but will there be a time when I receive an e-mail from the online casino that I play at requesting or requiring that I make any sort of manual updates?

Just want to be aware of whether this is something that I'll need to be doing at some point so that I know to expect it.

This isn't something that you really need to worry about. The way that online casino software typically works is as such that the software will update automatically especially the games. If there's ever an issue with a game even if it's something like a graphic appended to the game that they want to push an update for the online casino software platforms that are out there will do this automatically I beleive. From my expereince there's never any such updates that need to take place manually. The only time that you'll generally ever have interaction with an update is when they require you to restart the client or lobby of the casino software. Typically it's a matter of just clicking "Yes" to confirm that you're OK with re-starting the client / lobby when they request you do so.

Yeah it's one of the nice and convenient things about playing at online casinos they're very low maintenance and you really don't have to do much. Updates are generally fully transparent and easy to manage to be honest. You don't have anything to worry about when it comes to updating the online casinos you play at.

I've often wondered about the same thing but I've never seen anything that requires me to make any such updates where I'm asked so I always believed that it was all done automatically but I suppose that this just clarified all that.

The fact that playing at online casinos are hassle free for the most part is a real big benefit over playing in land based casinos where you actually have to get up off your butt and go somewhere to play, be around crowds, etc... I think that playing online has several benefits to be honest over playing in land based casinos.

That's the real nice thing IMO about online casinos is that you really don't have to do anything in general after you've downloaded and installed it one time.
