Most of the time I spend my time in the casino just playing the games and didn't know much about these online casino tournaments that are being offered. They've become very popular over the course of the last year and a half I would say. I think that the reason they're so popular are firstly because they've been marketed so aggressively by the online casinos that are hosting such tournaments and also because most of the time the tournaments are featured as free roll tournaments meaning that you can enter into them for free initially until your credits from the free roll run out at which point you'll have the opportunity to play further for a buy-in amount that will top up your credits which you can then continue to play with in the tournament. I think that the tournaments that are offered by online casinos these days are fantastic and I know that I too play in them quite regularly taking advantage of playing in them. Sometimes the prizes get really big as well which is another reason why I think that players will play in them as the prizes can be bigger then the jackpots of the games that they're being hosted on.

I think that it's also because it's something that's still relatively new and online casinos are also still experimenting with various different setups for the tournaments that they're running. I think that it's really great that tournaments have come to online casinos and I know that I for one am a huge fan!

I was never really a big fan of them mainly cause I never really knew what online casino tournaments were. But I have since become a fan of playing them because I find them to be more relaxing then when playing for real money that you're burning though so quickly.
