In general there are not any differences. Honest casino software companies such as Playtech, Microgaming, Cryptologic, Vegas Technology, Realtime Gaming and Wager Works you don't have to really worry about this on.
In that I mean that they offer the same sort of odds from demo/practice play to real money mode.

there is no differences between the demo and the real game, its your pose or your way on how you will implement it in actual games you must carefully learn the basics first.

Yes, there is.....!!! As in demo game you wont get those facilities which you are going to get in a real game.

In demo you can't play full game and not even use full functions.

I've not ever noticed differences between real play and demo games online - and I've played in a lot of online casinos. As said by another contributor, REPUTABLE casinos provide demo games that are near identical to the real play ones.
