Yes I am currently experiencing the same crap at "Lucky Spins". Signed up with them because they had a no max cashout and i won 1500(american)1st they say wait 3 hours then contact. So I wait 4 then contact...they say no English guy there and I should contact in 2 hrs. So I do and they say nothing. They r rude and don't even chat. Its like talking to nothing.. Fell asleep and woke up and contacted them and they say I can only have 100. What crap. Over it!!
