I played at WinPalace, and asked to withdraw my winnings, $2000.00, after which I was told I had to fill out a faxback form, and include, a copy of my drivers lisence, recent utility bill, bank account number and a swift code I nor my bank ever heard of.
What made it worse was that I thought of the movie Casino, the scene where they hold the plane up overnight so the millionaire would still play, well their policy for payouts is basically the same, send them on a scavenger hunt for copies of the aboved mention documents, which will take a least 48 hours, providing you have a scanner, fax machine... and are willing to send them this confidenial interformation. I wasn't so I just threw $2,700 out the window, I did not win big when I was betting real large just trying to burn up the 2,700. So avoid WinPalace unless you willing to send them every document in your wallet, and then wait 10 days to collect. What I heard was the norm is 48 hours to pay off a gambling debt from both sides.
