I won $500 on Villento slots in early December and have not received my payout yet. Each time I contact them, they give me a new date and blame it on technical difficulties. They have not compensated me in any way. It has been over a month now with no payout.

Chances are especially if you're a U.S. resident that they do truly have a problem in issuing you a payment as issuing payments to those who reside in the USA is far more difficult then it used to be.

I would actually ask them what kind of technical difficulties they're having and also to add some credits to your account for your aggravation. I would base how they handle the situation with whether or not I'd play there or not. Quite frankly based on what you're saying I likely would move onto another online casino after I received my payment...
