I won £200 so i telephoned them and asked if i could withdraw the winnings.I was told i needed to fulfil the wagering requirements before i could withdraw so i continued playing the slots. I checked my account at this time and had £200 to which it showed £135 cash and £65 bonus so i continued to play. I was playing the maximum amount on the spins to try and wager what was required.It was my lucky day i won £1700 and at this point thought i would check how much bonus was needed to meet the requirements.I was shocked to see that i had met all wagering requirements and the balance was £1700 cash.I went to withdraw the money and at no point did it stop me or flash up stating wagering requirements had not been met.After i withdrew the money i contacted live help to ask when it would go into my bank as i withdrew by bank transfer. I was congratulated on my win and was told it would take 24 hours to process but not including weekends then it would be in my bank 1 - 2 days later. At no point during the chat was i made to believe i would not get the money. I then recieved an email later on Saturday saying my withdrawal was in the works and they were getting ready to make my payment. I was so happy........... Until today when they rang me and said they will not be paying me the £1700 but only £50 as they say it states in their t&c. I argued with them but to no avail. I even asked them to put the money back into my account and was told it was too late. In their t&c it states that they can limit winnings to £50 should a deposit not have been made so i said if they put the money back i would deposit and play it through then withdraw with no problems. I told them it should not have allowed me to withdraw that amount if i was only eligible to £50 and i should not have been congratulated in live help chat i should have been told this but nobody mentioned either by phone or live chat about it. I was made to believe i would get the money. I am so deflated and dont know where to turn. Surely it should not have let me withdraw if that was the case.All other sites i have played on will not let you withdraw if there is a limit to what you can do with bonus.

I guess you are new to the dark world of gambling.

Golden rule of on-lline gambler is : "Never accept any bonuses, free spins or any anything free". There are always string attached to it.

If they act in accordance to their terms and conditions you are out of luck regardless whether you where congratulated by stuff members or not.

If money are still on your account than keep betting and in couple of weeks try to withdraw 20 , 30 at a time.

There are very very bad guys running this kind of busies and your best chance is to stay below the radar.
Withdrawing 1700 in one go is not the way to do it.
