That sucks to hear that you had a bad expereince playing at their casino. I've played with them in the past and rather enjoyed playing with them and never did I ever have an issue with their customer support.

I've actually experienced quite the opposite and found that William Hill never responded to my customer support queries or took forever to get on the phone and even when I did get them on the phone they were brutal... Personally I'd much rather play at Spin Palace over William Hill myself.
