I have been trying to get my money from Slots Inferno for over a year now. I thought that I had won $900 but they changed their payout polcy on free chips,(awarded after each deposit) to only paying 3X the initial deposit. They did not tell anyone about this change so instead of a balance of $900 it became only $150. But I cannot get them to pay me even that small amount. Every time I call, I am told that the accounts dept. has not approved the withdrawal and to be patient. I do not think that I will ever be paid since it has been over a year and all I get when I call is the same excuses. Mighty Slots is the same. They cheated me out of $1500. Stay away from all other sites associated with these casinos.

They are bad, I had a bad story with them and they never paid.

Real Vegas is a sister casino to slots Inferno, I have deposited and lost over $75k to there casinos. I made two small withdraws and they paid. I won $30k and tried to make a withdraw and they didn't pay

I AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE...REQUESTED A WITHDRAWAL 11/18/2014 FOR $7000.00, EVERYTHING IS APPROVED AND IT'S JUST SITTING THERE...MY HEART JUST SANK WHEN I READ ALL THE COMPLAINTS RE: WITHDRAWALS AND RECEIVING NO MONEY. I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON!!
