Wow I could written your message, the same thing just happened to me. They sent me an email to play a game and when I won I could pick a bonus match or a free chip, I picked the chip and met the requirement and then won $2100.00 and tried to cash out and they took my winnings saying I had played 2 free chips and that wasn't allowed. I know the rules and thought I was playing by them. They have lost my business and I will post a bad review on every site
