Self Excluding complaint
Can anyone help me, i need to know if i have a valid complaint against Joyland Casino.. I have been registered with them for just under a year during this time i have asked the self exclude four times and every time i have requested that my account remains closed. They do close my account but as soon as i ask to reopen then they open it after i have instructed them to keep it closed no matter how many time i ask for it to be reopened. I thought that all casinos had a responsibility to vulnerable players like myself. Clearly Joyland casino do not take self exclusion seriously. Does anyone know if i can make a complaint against this casino.
