Hi everyone..just want you to know how bad Ruby Royal Casino is. I requested a withdrawal of $500.00 on January 6, 2010. Today is March 1, 2010 and I still do not have my money....and probably never will get it...it is a shame that an online casino can take a deposit from you and have you playing in about 10 seconds but yet if they have to pay YOU when you win they can't seem to do that. The staff at Ruby Royal have come up with more excuses than you can shake a stick at as to why I have not recieved my two checks. Well I an tired of excuses. If anyone else has had problems with this casino please let me know.

I've played with them on a few occasions and have cashed out successfully each time. If you cash out to an e-Wallet like Moneybookers I think it doesn't take as long. I would be persistent if I were you can keep attempting to follow up with their customer support department.
