 PARTY CASINO hi my name is Eliezer Levy
I registered at party casino on the 30 April 2011 and made a deposit of
750 GBP and received 100% bonus of 750 GBP I then played slots, bets of 270GBP (sands of fortune) worked my way up to about 9,000 GBP then the casino asked for my documents witch I send straight away, eventually I got an email telling me to contact the casino so I called them and spoke to there support to a guy by the name of Hari he said to me that I will not be getting my winnings because I have not complied with their bonus terms and conditions when I Asked him what he meant he was very unhelpful and only told me to look it up on the terms and conditions witch I then did, the casino say that I used more that 50% of the bonus given to me on a single spin witch I did not, because my bets did not exceed the50% mark of the bonus given.
I am very angry about it and would really appreciate your help in getting my winnings ..it is really unfair
please let me know what can be done about this.
