it was impossible to withdraw . it was asking for account id . i asked online chat what was this no one would let me know so i lost money then they told me it was as simple as clicking on the payment method then my account id turned up . deliberate tactics to stop me withdrawing . been complaining for 2 weeks and waiting for management to get back to me . but no only call centres saying no one is available
