I received a bonus in the mail from Jackpot Capital for $200. I played through their ridiculous playthrough requirements of $12000 and actually still had money left to be able to cash out. I sent the documentation they required which included front and backs of all CC's used at the casino and front and back of DL and a utility bill plus their form and received a note saying my payout was denied because I played Video poker.

Okay I played like maybe $200 worth of video poker out of the $12000 playthrough requirements... Here are their exact words "Unfortunately, this payout was denied as you have played Video Poker with a bonus balance. Please be advised that any wagers made on excluded games before the playthrough requirements are completed, will result in the bonus and any winnings being voided". I never saw that requirement on the letter I received saying you have $200 to play.

I feel if this is a requirement then they should have a notification that you have to actually check advising you what games are excluded.. or a popup saying if you play this game you will bonus will be voided.

It took me days to play that ridiculous playthrough and I did it and they denied... I will never play there again.... I am so angry.
