This bonus was issued to me automatically i never asked for this to be put on my account. This was my argument with them. Cassava is there Operations department. I have had no luck with this department. They come back with the same allegations...
It seems that not only do they take your money if you were to loose. It also seems if you win they can pluck an excuse out of a hat not to pay you. If anyone has any advise or a way i can go forward with this i would be really grateful
