I have been waiting for money that i won and Ladbrokes made a mistake with my account number , they even admitted it !

what amazes me is that i have made so many calls to them and all they do is have a rep apologising to me .
it has now been two weeks and still no money .

My advice to anyone with getting your winnings , is you can report them to the international gaming board .
i am giving them until the end of the week and if nothing happens ..... well you know the rest .

all they gave me was £20 for my trouble. i think i probably used up more then that in the time i spent on the phone .

This is totally injustice.It has been taking a long time which means that they are not interested to pay you the amount.You must complain against them.
