Not sure of how many of you out there are even aware that Playboy had an online casino! The globally infamous brand had put out an online casino that was powered by Cryptologic online casino software that shut down shortly there after as a lack of demand. Just as a heads up don't bother even going to their website or checking them out as they're 100% out of business. I guess this is where everything is headed with the Playboy brand. It's a real same though as I was really keen on playing with them but when they were up and running had found out that they weren't even accepting players from the United States. This to me is absolutely crazy considering the fact that Playboy as a brand is very much geared towards the US market even though they have tried branching out into Europe and other markets I don't think they'll ever reach the level of success they did in the US. Well the point really is not to even bother with it as they didn't accept US players and also and more importantly then that they're no longer in business at all.

There's tons of casinos out there for players from the United States, however the thing is that they had some games that were built around playmates that would have been really interesting to have played!

I think that we're better off with not integrating brands that have an association with adult entertainment like playboy, hustler or the likes of similar type adult media houses. The reason is quite simple... the adult industry is controversial as is and as is the gambling industry. Mix the two of them it could make the current state in which things are in within the online gambling industry even worse.

I don't think it's all that bad angie, come on, lol... The fact is that they don't do anything hard core in the playboy games they had released in the Playboy casino so it wasn't the worse thing in the world when you think about it. I suppose that from the angle that you mention though if it were to get into something a bit more crazy that it could be viewed at as being pretty bad. Anyways regardless the casino is closed down now and it's not likely that we'd see them launch any new casinos until such time that there's probably some sort of regulation in the United States whereby they'd be able to leverage on this so as to capitalize on the US market where most of their user base would likely be coming from.

Is kind of unfortunate but in the grand scheme of things the loss of the Playboy brand operating as an online casino doesn't really affect any of us in any significant way so who really cares, lo....
