On February 10, I won $1525 at Cirrus Casino. It is now April 7 and I still have not been paid, although every time I ask about payment, I am told to "rest assured" I will be paid soon. When I inquired on March 14, here is the reply I received from Nate, the "VIP Casino Manager":

"You have gotten paid in the past and this case is no different so you really shouldn’t be asking if you are going to get paid. If we weren’t going to pay you, I would not take the time to respond to all of your emails or apply bonuses. It is longer than I would like but rest assured you will receive your money soon."

Not what you would expect to hear from someone who wants to keep your business. REST ASSURED I will never spend another penny at this place, and I should have paid attention to the negative comments I had heard about it in the first place!
