I had been playing at BetPhoenix Casino. I deposited 40.00 to play in the slot tournaments. That is all that I play. I was up to over 1300.00 and then I tried to withdraw some of it. Then they tell me that they had credited my account with a free 20.00 chip(I thought that you couldn't even play slot tournaments on free chips). Anyway I didn't even think my balance had dropped down to zero. I was never informed that there was a free chip deposited into my account. Well they admitted that they were at fault for not informing me of the free chip and all that they can do is apologize to me. Is there anything that can be done? I had filed a dispute with Casinomeister also. They will give me whatever information that they have but not their private communication with them. Please help me. Thanks.
