I play at many online casinos and have been for several years now. I tried playing at Crystal Palace which I though was recommended. This was really based on what I was seeing online in terms of reviews and other information I found online but honestly I have a completely different opinion about this online casino and I'm no longer ever going to play with them.

Crystal Palace casino lies and cheats to their players and should be avoided. There are much better online casinos that are on the RTG software platform that should be played at before these guys.

I made a deposit at their casino and claimed their bonus. Once I cleared their playthough requirement and attempted to cashout they locked my account. When I tried contacting customer support at Crystal Palace online casino they simply never picked up the phone and additionally never responded to my customer support requests.

There still are some devious online casinos operating out there and I beleive Crystal Palace to be one of them and if you can avoid them I highly suggest and recommend that you do.

If you already play with them and have an account over there and haven't been cheated then congratulations, however my though on it is really that it's just a matter of time before they cheat you too...

I've heard bad things about the Crystal Palace online casino for years now! I'm sorry to hear that you had to find out the card way!

I'm not of fan of theirs either and I've heard on numerous occasions that players have been cheated by Crystal Palace casino.

I think that anyone who plays with their casino is in for some real disappointments.

As falcone said there are several good RTG casinos that can be played that should be over that of Crystal Palace.

In the past I've played at Crystal Palace casino and the one thing that I found was that their customer support was really weak and didn't really care about resolving any issues that I had with them. I'm of the opinion that they are not worth playing at as well!

I know this casino and would avoid playing with them at all costs myself. I really hate playing at online casinos that don't really offer to much in return and are overall crooked casinos.
