Vegas Technology Online Casino Bonuses
When you accept a bonus and play with Vegas Technology they make it hard to find out if you are OK to cashout.
I have found no way to check my play which you can with Micorgaming software and other software.
The question is am I missing something ?
I found this statement below about there software any information would help.
"Players also have access to their own playing and transaction history statements through secure server access."
Thanks

Re: Vegas Technology Online Casino Bonuses
There should be a way to tell. I think that their system works in the same way that Microgaming's system works in the sense that you can cash out your cash balance but you can't cash out your bonus balance. I beleive that as you play credits from your bonus balance get transferred into your cash balance which you can then withdrawal at any time (your cash balance that is). I'm not 100% sure on this but am confident that it would work like this as they've separated out the two different balances within their lobby and you can see it as well in the games.
I suggest though that you either try withdrawing the desired amount and see what happens or alternatively contacting the Vegas Technology online casino you're playing at to find out directly from one of their customer support reps what you should be doing here.
Cheers, Sil

Re: Vegas Technology Online Casino Bonuses
From what I understand of the Vegas Technology cash out is that even though the bonus and cash balance's are separated that you still need to meet the wagering requirement before you can actually cash out any money from the casino that is of course provided that you too a bonus from them in the first place. If you do not take a bonus there should be no problems whatsoever with your ability to cash out. If however you do take advantage of a bonus then you'll need to meet the wagering requirement for the bonus. In order to check on the wagering requirement you'll need to attempt to perform a cash out at the casino and if it goes though then you're good to go, if however it does not then you'll be prompted with how close you are to meeting the wagering requirement. If the second thing happens you'll need to go back and continue playing before you'll be eligible to cash out.
Hope that helps - Wiz

Re: Vegas Technology Online Casino Bonuses
Thanks for the replys I understand the bonus requirerments. Over the years playing with Migrogaming and Cryptologic software casinos I could always check my back play and how much was spent an where which option I liked. Now along comes Vegas Technology for US players even after seeing the statement "Players also have access to their own playing and transaction history statements through secure server access" When I call customer support and ask they say they will check with the audit department an email how much more I need to play or I can cashout last time got email reply in 32 hrs. I just think Vegas Tech may have left this option out because of US players, but I have no idea. Other then that I like the software. As of now I still have one Microgaming casino in the US to play at and with very good support. Just thought I may need some help with this new software. Thanks again Gary

Re: Vegas Technology Online Casino Bonuses
Perhaps we're just not understanding the question that you're asking here. Are you trying to make a withdrawal from the casino? If you want to cashout again just enter into the cashier and attempt a withdrawal if you're able to withdrawal you've met the requirement if you haven't you'll be prompted as such. I don't think personally it's that big of a deal. I know what you're saying about Microgaming they do definitely make it easier then Vegas Technology but still it's not too bad it's just an extra step really.

Hi Gary,
I just re-read your post and know what you're talking about now. Yeah you're completely right it doesn't appear as though you can view your game play history in Vegas Technology casinos. I find that to be really weird as well. I'm not sure why they have disabled this functionality within their platform as I do beleive they used to have it. Having the ability to track your game play is key for transparency and our own auditing purposes. I know that you can easily view your payment transactional history by visiting the cashier and clicking on the history tab but I'd be keen on hearing whether they have a plan to integrate this functionality or what...
I think every single online casino software platform that I play at generally offers this ability to track the games that you've played and review the data directly within the software.

Thanks again for reply that was the answer I was looking for. Now if we could get this to Vegas Tech they may help out. I would like to see a place were players could post the plus and minus of casino software available to players. Gary
