Club World Casino Group Buys All Star SlotsBy: Ryan Alders, Wednesday March 3rd 20102 Comments Email Print All Star Slots online casino has been bought by the United Kingdom based Club World group of online casinos. The change has been practically seamless and has not impacted the players primarily because both All Star Slots and Club World operate on the Realtime Gaming software platform. The financial details of the transaction have not yet been put in the public domain. All Star Slots online casino has had a checkered history. It was launched late in 2008 powered by software from Wizard Gaming, which was a fledgling online gaming software developer. Within a year the owners of All Star Slots found that the Wizard Gaming platform was not bringing in adequate traffic and moved the online casino to Realtime Gaming. Now, again less than a year after changing the software provider, the owners of All Star Slots have sold out to a much larger, more popular and reputed online casino group. At an online casino forum, the management of All Star Slots online casino interacted with the players in order to allay any misgivings that the players may have and also to inform them of how this change in ownership may affect them. Citing the reason for the sale the management of All Star Slots said that they had been made an offer by Club World Casinos. They decided to accept this offer because it was in the long-run interest of All Star Slots. The change in ownership would ensure that All Star Slots would grow at a faster pace without sacrificing its “solid trustworthy reputation”. The management of All Star Slots is confident that the existing players will be well looked after because Club World enjoys an unblemished reputation in the industry. There would be no change in the manner that the existing players access All Star Slots online casino. Also there would be no change in the players’ account balance or comp points balance. On the other hand players will enjoy a better gaming experience because of the rewarding promotions and incredible tournaments that the Club World group will bring to the table. The stamp of Club World has begun to be seen at the All Star Slots web site. The famous Daily Promotions of Club World are already on. Till March 4 players can avail of 60% match bonuses up to $1,000 for slots, keno and scratch cards and also avail of 50% match bonuses up to $1,000 for table games. The persons who are more affected than the players in such changes of ownership are the affiliate marketers. Club World has also purchased Affiliate Edge, which managed All Star Slots online casino. Club World informed the affiliates that their interests would be safeguarded and that they would not be put at a loss. News Item Tools Email Print Digg Del.icio.us StumbleUpon CommentsAdd Comment

Seems like All Star Slots online casino has been though a lot in the past year. First changing from one software provider to another and then being bought out completely by another online casino group. I'm sure they had their reasons though. Not so sure how good of a move this was for Club World Casino seeing as things are really falling apart in the online casino and internet gambling industry as a whole lately. I guess time will only tell if it was a good or bad investment for them.
