Bonanza of Casino Games from Playtech

The leading online gaming software provider Playtech has begun the New Year with a bang. It has released a pack of 21 new games at its online casinos, which probably is a record for the most number of games released simultaneously.

Five of these games were announced in the middle of December. These games are additions to the Marvel Movies superheroes series. This series was launched late last year with The Incredible Hulk and Iron Man. These two branded slots have been drawing maximum traffic at Playtech online casinos since then. The new games being now added are Blade, Fantastic Four, Elektra, X-men and Daredevil. Originally only the first four of these slots were announced and have been previewed extensively at many Playtech casinos. Daredevil was a later addition.

Daredevil has a highest fixed jackpot payout of 5,000 coins. There is a unique Bulls Eye feature. Players place the target symbol on any of the 15 reel positions before the spin. If after the spin the actual target symbol position matches with the player's chosen position he wins a payout of 3 times the total bet. The free spins round awards random wilds. After every spin Daredevil's radar sense turns up to 3 randomly chosen symbols into wild symbols.

All the new Marvel slots are linked to a four level mystery jackpot progressive network. The lowest is the Power Jackpot, which offers a payout between 50 and 500 currency units. The Extra Power Jackpot offers a payout between 500 and 5,000 currency units. The Super Power Jackpot offers a payout between 5,000 and 50,000 currency units. The largest is the Ultimate Power Jackpot, which offers a payout of 100,000 to 1,000,000 currency units. The jackpot is triggered randomly, but larger bets increase the chances of triggering the jackpot round. In the progressive Marvel Jackpot, players are shown 20 hidden squares. The player has to reveal three squares with the same jackpot symbol in order to hit that jackpot. Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk have been upgraded to include this jackpot.

Of the 16 other games in the new pack 9 are available in the Download version of the software. There are 5 online casino games - Happy Bugs, Cute & Fluffy, From Russia with Love, Fairy Magic and Lucky Blackjack. Darts, Final Score, Hold'em Showdown and Pinball Roulette are arcade games. From Russia with Love is no James Bond themed slot game. It reminds players of the colorful wooden dolls that fit inside larger wooden dolls. The game features a 10,000 coin payout and the 5 level Matryashka bonus round. 12 games have been added to the Instant Play version of the software, which include some of the Download games and 6 scratch cards.
