A Makeover for eCOGRA Website

eCOGRA has been serving the online gaming industry for the last seven years. Its web site has been a focal point in informing players and various service providers to the industry of the latest policies and achievements of eCOGRA. As the industry has grown so has the role of eCOGRA. In order to keep in touch with this growth eCOGRA has released a revamped website. This is the second time in its history that the eCOGRA web site has received a makeover.

The new site has a sleek look that is more likely to appeal to the modern player. The graphic of the cards and chips in the home page instantly identifies the core business of eCOGRA. But what is more important is that the layout has improved and the navigation has been made easier.

Andrew Beveridge, the chief executive of eCOGRA, explained the salient changes made. The new web site displays the backgrounds and the professional qualifications of key personnel. Of note are the business credentials of the four independent directors "who control day-to-day operations and are responsible for overseeing compliance work and the award of the highly respected accreditation seals." The functioning and the make up of the different committees have been spelled out in detail. The Seals Compliance committee frames the benchmarks for awarding the various seals and is the ultimate authority on granting or revoking the seals.
